全瓷贴面修复前牙切缘切角缺损的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的评价全瓷贴面修复前牙切缘切角缺损的治疗效果。方法选取2010年1月至2010年12月期间在我院接受治疗的前牙切缘切角缺损患者23例,以全瓷贴面修复法对患者进行治疗,后持续随访,以判定临床治疗效果。结果随访1年优良率为100%;2年优良率为100%;3年优良率为95.6%;4年优良率为95.6%;5年优良率为91.3%。结论全瓷贴面修复前牙切缘切角损伤效果显著,5年优良率较高,患者预后较好。Objective To investigate the effect of porcelain laminate veneer on repairing incisal angle or margin defect. Methods 23 cases of incisal angle or margin of anterior teeth were restored by porcelain laminate veneer and had been followed up for 5 years. The clinical curative effect was observed. Results The success rate after one-years＇ and two-years＇ follow-up was 100%, 95.6% after 3 years and 91.3% after 5 years. Conclusion Porcelain laminate veneer seems to be an effective procedure for incisal angle or margin defect of anterior teeth.
