摘　　要：目前,食品工业是吉林省最具发展潜力和优势的产业,是带动吉林省工业、农业乃至整体经济发展的主要支柱产业。本文构建了地区食品工业竞争力评价指标体系,运用因子分析方法,科学客观地评价了吉林省食品工业竞争力,发现吉林省食品工业存在产业层次较低、内部结构不合理、产业获利能力普遍较弱、创新强度滞后、产业关联性弱等问题,提出延长食品工业产业链条,打造"田头到餐桌"的安全食品链;鼓励龙头企业加强研发,扶持骨干企业扩大规模;全面推进技术创新,突破技术发展瓶颈;借助吉林省中药特产优势,推动保健食品的研发生产;以国家支持粮食物流建设为契机,推进农产品物流现代化,实现"北农南运"。At present, the food industry is the most potential and advantageous industry as well as a major pillar industry to drive the agriculture and industry of Jilin Province, and even to the whole economic development. This paper constructed the evaluation index system of regional food industry competitiveness, using the factor analysis method to evaluate food industry competitiveness of Jilin province scientifically and objectively. There are some problems of food industry in Jilin,such as low industrial level, unreasonable internal structure, industry profitability weak, innovation strength lag, weak industrial relevance.Based on previous research,the escalating strategies should include several aspects,which should put forward to extend the food industrial chain, to build the ＂farm to table＂ food safety chain; encourage leading enterprises to strengthen research and development, support key enterprises to expand the scale; comprehensively promote the technology innovation, breakthrough technological bottleneck, with Jilin medicine specialty advantages, promote the development of health food production; grain logistics construction as an opportunity, promoting the agricultural products logistics modernization, achieve the ＂North agricultural products to South＂.
