基于GEM模型的河南省食品产业集群竞争力研究

摘　　要：食品产业集群是河南省第一大产业集群,是重点培育和扶植的支柱产业.在充分了解食品产业集群发展实际状况的基础上,基于GEM模型从基础要素、产业要素、市场要素3个方面对河南省食品产业集群竞争力进行了实证分析.研究表明:河南省食品产业集群竞争力得分为392分,略高于全国平均水平,且在基础要素方面表现突出,但在产业要素和市场要素方面的竞争力表现较弱;最后,从发挥自身优势资源、充分利用政府优惠政策、推进科技创新、提高对外贸易水平等方面提出了相应的对策与建议.The food industry cluster is the biggest industrial clusters in Henan Province, which is used as a pillar industry focused on cultivating and fostering. On the basis of fully understanding the food industry cluster development, based on GEM Model, the empirical research on food industrial cluster in Henan Province from three perspectives of base factor, industry factor, market factor was carried out. The results showed that Henan food industry cluster competitiveness score is 392 points, slightly higher than the national average level, and it performed very well in terms of basic elements, but the competitiveness is rather weak in terms of industrial elements and market elements. Then we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for playing their own advantages, making full use of government preferential policies, promoting scientific and technological innovation, and improving the level of foreign trade, etc.
