非肿块型乳腺癌DR表现形式与临床触诊关系及病理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨非肿块型乳腺癌数字化X线摄影(DR)表现形式与临床触诊的关系及病理类型分析。方法回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的非肿块型乳腺癌237例,通过DR影像、病理类型与临床资料对比进行分组及统计学处理。结果 DR表现形式与临床触诊关系、病理类型与临床触诊关系在总体上均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),χ2分割检验显示触诊阴性组与其它两组均呈显著性差异(P<0.017),触诊较影小与阳性组之间差异无显著性(P>0.017)。结论非肿块型乳腺癌DR表现形式以片影伴钙化及单纯钙化为主,多呈触诊较影小的特点,触诊阴性病例以早期癌居多,建议重视临床触诊与影像的密切结合。Objective To investigate the relationship between DR signs and clinical palpation of non-mass type breast cancer and patho-logical analysis. Methods Two hundred and thirty-seven cases with non-mass type breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively,which were verified by surgery and pathology,by contrast with DR signs,pathological types and clinical data,grouped and statistics processed. Results Re-lationship between DR signs ,pathological types and clinical palpation had statistically significant in general（ P ﹤0. 05）. χ2 partition test showed negative groups and other two groups were statistically significant（ P ﹤0. 017）. The group of palpation was less than imagine. The positive group did not have significant difference（ P ﹥0. 017）. Conclusion The major DR signs of non-mass type breast cancer were lamellar shadow with calcifications and pure calcifications. The more characteristics were palpation less than imagine. The negative groups had more early breast cancer, suggested that attaches great importance to the close combination of clinical and imaging.
