摘  要:目的探讨肿瘤干细胞标志物CD133和Ki67在卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测50例上皮性卵巢癌组织、20例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织及10例正常卵巢组织中CD133及Ki67的表达情况。结果1从正常卵巢组织到良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织及上皮性卵巢癌组织中CD133及Ki67的表达呈升高趋势,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2低分化卵巢癌组CD117及Ki67的阳性表达率明显高于高、中分化组(P<0.05)。3Spearman相关性分析显示CD133表达与Ki67的表达呈正相关(r=0.589,P<0.05)。结论高表达的CD133及Ki67可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展有一定关系。Objective To investigate expression and significance of CD133 and Ki67 as the tumor stem cell markers in ovarian cancer. Methods CD133 and Ki67 protein levels were detected in 50 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,20 cases of benign ovarian tumors and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue by immunohistochemistry. Results ①The positive expression rates of CD133 and Ki67 protein in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumors and epithelial ovarian cancer were gradually increased,and statistical difference was significant( P ﹤0. 05). ②The ex-pression rates of CD117 and Ki67 in poorly differentiated ovarian carcinoma were significantly higher than in well or moderately differentiated group ( P ﹤0. 05). ③Spearman correlation analysis showed that CD133 expression was positively correlated Ki67 expression( r =0. 589,P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion Over-expression of CD133 and Ki67 protein play an important role in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer.
