摘　　要：近年来随着南方电网有限责任公司(以下简称"南网")系统的科技投入与产出显著增长及取得电力科技查新资质机构的增加,电力科技查新工作规范化研究也相继展开并取得一些成果,这些成果为实现电力科技查新工作规范化操作和管理,提高南方电网科技查新水平和质量奠定了基础,为此,结合现有科技查新规范和查新实践,介绍规范化研究中涉及的检索数据库规范化和查新流程规范化内容,查新流程规范化可大大提高查新工作质量,更好地为电力系统服务。In recent years,with remarkable systematic increase of science and technology input of China Southern Power Grid（thereafter as CSG）and increase of institutions qualified for novelty search for electric power science and technology,research on standardization of electric power sci-tech novelty retrieval has been developed in succession and acquired some achievements which have established basis for realizing standard operation and management on electric power sci-tech novelty retrieval and improving sci-tech novelty retrieval level and quality of CSG.Combining existing sci-tech novelty retrieval specifications and practice,this paper introduces standardization of retrieval data base and novelty retrieval flow in the study.Standardization of novelty retrieval flow may greatly improve working quality and preferably serve for power system.
