太极扣附着体和传统可摘局部义齿在牙列缺损修复中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较太极扣附着体和传统可摘局部义齿在牙列缺损修复中的应用效果。方法选择2012年6月到2013年6月接诊的100例牙列缺损患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组50例,采用太极扣附着体治疗;对照组50例,采用传统可摘局部义齿治疗。比较两组患者治疗后各时期(修复后3个月、修复后6个月、修复后12个月)的咀嚼效率、牙龈指数(GI)和菌斑指数(PI)。结果修复3个月、6个月后与12个月后,观察组的咀嚼效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。修复3个月、6个月后与12个月后,观察组的GI和PI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论太极扣附着体在牙列缺损修复中的应用效果良好,比传统可摘局部义齿相比有更高的患者的咀嚼效率和更低的牙龈指数与菌斑指数,值得临床推广。Objective To study application effect of ERA attachments and traditional removable partial dentures for Removable Partial Dentures. Methods 100 patients associated with Partial Dentures from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were studied. They were divided randomly into observation and control groups. 50 patients in the observation group,they were treated by using ERA attachments. 50 patients in the control group were treated with traditional removable partial dentures. Each period after treatment（ 3 months after repair after repair of six months,12 months after repair） chewing efficiency,gingival index（ GI） and plaque index（ PI） were compared with each other. Results 3 months,6months later and 12 months after repair,chewing efficiency in the observation group were significantly higher. The difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 0001）. 3 months,6 months later and 12 months after repair,GI and PI of the observation group were lower than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 0001）. Conclusion Application effect of ERA attachments for removable partial dentures is well. It has a higher efficiency and lower chewing gums index and plaque index compared with traditional removable partial denture. It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
