地方本科高校物流管理专业教师教学技能提升的研究

摘　　要：物流业是国民经济发展的基础性、战略性产业。地方本科高校在物流管理专业设置上重点突出地方特色和本科层次,着力培养优秀的应用型高级人才。文章针对物流管理专业理论性、技能性和实践性强的特征,通过对教师教学技能提升的研究,提出知识与技能"双师型"教师发展模式,从而推动物流管理专业的健康发展。The logistic industry is fundamental and strategic to the national economic development. Local undergraduate insti- tutions highlight the regional features and its educational level as undergraduate teaching when planning the setup of this major, thus to cultivate outstanding application-oriented tal- ents. Based on the theoretical, technical and practical features of logistics management, and through a study from the per- spective of teaching skills, this paper provides a developing mode as double-qualified teachers, which suggests tha! teach- ers are not only masters of theoretical knowledge but also in- structors of practical skills, so as to promote a healthy devel- opment of this major.
