摘 要:研究了在基础饲料中添加不同含量(0、0.5、1.0、1.5和2.0 g/kg)南极细菌Pseudoalteromonas sp.3-3-1-2产胞外多糖(EPS)对黄盖鲽(Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae)生长和免疫活性的影响。结果表明,当基础饲料中EPS添加量为1.5 g/kg时,试验组黄盖鲽的体重和体长均高于对照组,呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。添加量为1.0和1.5 g/kg试验组的脾脏和后肠淋巴细胞呼吸爆发能力和对照组相比有明显提高,呈极显著性差异(P<0.01);脾脏淋巴细胞增殖能力也有明显提高,呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,添加量为1.5 g/kg试验组的脾脏蛋白含量明显提高,呈显著性差异(P<0.05);脾脏和肝脏酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力明显提高,呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。添加量为1.5和2.0 g/kg试验组的肝脏蛋白含量和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活力明显提高,呈显著差异(P<0.05)。攻毒实验表明,试验组黄盖鲽均获得了一定的免疫保护,且添加量为1.5 g/kg试验组的免疫保护率最高(50.0%)。由此得出,在基础饲料中添加南极细菌Pseudoalteromonas sp.3-3-1-2产EPS可促进黄盖鲽生长,提高特异性免疫活力和非特异性免疫活力,提高黄盖鲽抗病能力,且添加量以1.5 g/kg效果最佳。The study was conducted to investigate the effects of the exopolysaccharides (EPS) produced by the Antarc- tic bacterium Pseudoalteromonas sp. 3 -3 -1 -2 (0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 g/kg) on the growth and the immune activities of Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae. The results showed that the body weight and the body length of Pseudo- pleuronectes yokohamae were significantly increased in the 1.5 g/kg EPS supplementation group compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The respiratory burst activities of lymphocytes of spleen and hindgut in 1.0 and 1.5 g/kg EPS groups were extremely significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Meanwhile, the lymphocyte proliferation of the spleen was also observed a significant increase (P 〈 0.05 ) in 1.0 and 1.5 g/kg EPS groups. Fur- thermore, compared to control, the protein content of spleen and acid phosphatase (ACP) activities of spleen and liv- er markedly went up (P 〈 0.05 ) in 1.5 g/kg EPS group. The protein content and the total superoxide dis - mutase ( T - SOD) activity of liver were also significantly increased in 1.5 and 2.0 g/kg EPS groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Addition- ally, the challenge experiment showed that the experimental group received the immune protection, and the highest immune protection rate was up to 50.0% in 1.5 g/kg EPS group. Thus, it is suggested that EPS supplementation in diet could promote the growth, enhance the specific and nonspecific immune activity, and improve the disease resist- ance of Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae, especially 1.5 g/kg EPS supplementation which had the greatest effects on Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae in this trial.
