摘 要:[目的]探讨护士心理一致感与职业倦怠的关系。[方法]采用职业倦怠量表(MBI)和心理一致感量表(SOC-13)对郑州市3所三级医院的450名护士进行护士心理一致感与职业倦怠问卷调查,采用Pearson相关分析等统计学方法进行统计处理。[结果]护士心理一致感得分为(64.57±10.32)分,职业倦怠健康情感耗竭、去人格化和个人成就感3个维度的得分分别为(28.12±10.43)分、(12.25±7.32)分和(24.07±8.82)分;Pearson相关分析结果显示,心理一致感与情感耗竭、去人格化呈负相关(r=-0.498,-0.375,P<0.05),与个人成就感呈正相关(r=0.311,P<0.05);护士心理一致感越高,职业倦怠水平越低,心理一致感是职业倦怠的保护因子。[结论]护士职业倦怠情况不容乐观,心理一致感水平处于中等水平,心理一致感与健康行为处于中等程度正相关。医院管理人员在未来的研究中需要制定能有效提高护士心理一致感的干预措施和指南,从而激发护士的应对潜能,降低职业倦怠检出率。Objective:To probe into the relationship between the nurses'psychological accordance and occupation burnout. Methods:Using the occupation burnout inventory (MBI) and sense of coherence scale (SOC - 13), a to- tal of 450 nurses from 3 third- grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou received questionnaire survey on nurses'psycho- logical accordance and occupation burnout,and the statistics and analysis were carried out by using the Pearson correlation analysis. Results:The score of nurses'psychological accordance was 64.57 ±10.32, the score of the healthy emotional exhaustion of occupation burnout , depersonalization and personal accomplishment of 3 di- mensions were respectively 28.12±10.43,12.25±7.32 and 24.07±8.82;the results of Pearson correlation a- nalysis showed that the nurses'psychological accordance was negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization(r=-0. 498,-0. 375 ,P〈0.05) ,was positively associated with personal accomplishment (r= 0. 311 ,P〈0. 05) ;the higher the nurses'psychological accordance was,the lower the level of occupation burnout was. The nurses'psychological accordance was the protective factor of occupation burnout. Conclusion:The situ- ation of nurses'occupation burnout is not optimistic,the psychological accordance is in the middle level,the psy- chological accordance is moderately positive correlation with the health behaviors. The managers in hospitals should formulate interventions and guidance that can effectively improve the nurses'psychological accordance in the future research, so as to inspire the nurses'coping potential,reduce the detection rate of occupation burnout.
