摘　　要：生理性弱势群体体育健身社会支持的薄弱已经影响到杭州市"生活品质之城"的建立。文章以杭州市生理性弱势群体体育健身现状和健身社会支持为切入点。采用文献调研、调查访问、逻辑分析等研究方法分析杭州13个区县市生理性弱势群体体育健身所存在的现实困境,指出现阶段杭州市生理性弱势群体体育健身社会支持应构建政策支持、家庭支持、社区支持、技术支持,最终实现自我支持的支持网络。并在此基础上对弱势群体的体育健身服务提出应加强社区体育服务人才的培养、启动公民教育、依托学校多部门合作的具体策略。Physical fitness plight of vulnerable groups and its weak social support has already affected the establishing of Hangzhou to be ＂Quality of Life City＂. In this paper, the author puts physical fitness plight of vulnerable groups and social support as an entry point. Mainly uses literature research, survey and logical analysis to analyze the current situation of physical fitness plight for vulnerable groups in 13 counties in Hangzhou. Points out that at this stage, so- cial support for physical fitness plight of vulnerable groups should include policy support, family support, community support, technical support, and ultimately self--supporting network of support. Based on this, physical fitness service of vulnerable groups should be strengthened by community sports talent cultivation, starting a civic education, relying on the specific strategy of multi--sectorial coordination of the school.
