摘　　要：根据应用型本科人才培养和船舶工程类专业的特点,从人才培养方案和课程体系的制定、实训基地建设、教师队伍建设等方面阐述了船舶工程类专业应用型本科创新人才协同培养模式的构建.This paper states shipping engineering applied undergraduate talents training mode according to the characteristics of applied undergraduate talents and marine engineering specialty,the constituting personnel training programs and curriculum system,construction of practice training base and teachers team.
