浅论王勋《慈航集》对瘟疫证治的贡献

摘　　要：《慈航集》为清代新安医家王勋所著,该书编撰严谨、敢于质疑、方简而精、适用广泛、重辨证论治,记载详细真实,有分析,有讨论,学术价值较高,可读性较强。文章就王勋《慈航集》对有关瘟疫论治的学术思想进行了初步探讨,通过归纳和分析王勋在《慈航集》中提出的治瘟疫的法则治法,并从病因病机、辨证论治、用药特色、妇人瘟疫等角度阐述治瘟疫理论,该理论充分、透彻,实用性强,对于临床瘟疫类疾病的防治具有重要指导意义,应进行进一步的临床研究和推广应用。Cihangji is written by WANG Xun in the Qing Dynasty. This book compiles rigorous, daring to question, is with less but good formulae and widely applicable, focuses on syndrome differentiation and treatment, details real record, analysis and discussion, and has a high academic value and strong readability. This paper has carried on the preliminary discussion about WANG Xun＇s Cihangji in the treatment of plague and academic thought. Through summing up and analyzing the principle of treatment the plague in Cihangji, and from the etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment based on the overall analysis of signs and symptoms, medicinal characteristics and the woman plague, the theory of treating plague is discussed. The theory is fully, thorough, practical strong. It has an important guiding significance for clinical prevention and control of epidemic diseases. The theory should be conducted clinical studies and a further application.
