摘 要:目的:比较不同提取方法制备的温肺化纤汤提取物中总黄酮、总多酚、总皂苷和总多糖的含量,确定温肺化纤汤的最佳提取方法。方法:分别采用水提取法和不同条件乙醇回流提取法制备温肺化纤汤的提取物,以紫外分光光度法测定温肺化纤汤中总皂苷、总多酚、总黄酮和总多糖的含量。结果:60%乙醇提取方法为最佳提取方法,不但得率高,而且总皂苷、总多酚、总黄酮和总多糖等大类成分的提取率也是最高的。结论:温肺化纤汤以60%乙醇提取方法为宜。Objective: To establish the optimum extraction method for Wenfei Huaxian Decoction by comparing the contents of major chemical components extracted from Wenfei Huaxian Decoction, including total flavonoids, total polyphenol, total saponins and total polysaccharides, by different extraction methods. Methods: The major chemical components were extracted from Wenfei Huaxian Decoction with water extraction method and alcohol extraction method. Then, the ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used to determine the contents of total saponins, total polyphenol, total flavonoids, and total polysaccharides in Wenfei Huaxian Decoction. Results: The 60% ethanol refluxing extraction was the optimum extraction method, yielded high, and with a higher extraction ratio of total saponins, total polyphenol, total flavonoids, and total polysaccharides than other methods. Conclusion: The 60% ethanol refluxing extraction is suitable for Wenfei Huaxian Decoction.
