摘　　要：目前,国内高校信息化建设成效显著,但在快速发展的同时也存在一定的问题,如重速度,轻规划;重硬件,轻软件;重建设,轻培训;重使用,轻管理;重投入,轻效益。各种信息化设施资源孤立,发挥的作用有限。上海应用技术学院在信息化建设过程中,将软硬件建设与教学应用进行系统规划,建设了高效益的公共教学平台,为学生自主学习创建了更加丰富多样的网络学习环境,有效促进了学生探究学习和自主学习,从而提高了教学效果。Nowadays, the information construction of domestic higher education achieved remarkable results, but at the same time, there are some problems, such as emphasis on speed, disregarded planning, emphasis on hardware, disregarded software,emphasis on construction, disregarded training, emphasis on use, disregarded management, emphasis on invest- ment, disregarded benefits. Shanghai Institute of Technology in the process of information construction, planned the software and hardware construction and teaching application systematically, constructed effective public education platform, created a more diverse learning environment of network for student, effectively promote the student＇s ability to explore and self--learning, and the teaching effectiveness.
