摘　　要：文章针对如何进行国有企业内部工资分配制度的选择问题进行了分析,指出了如何对内部工资分配制度进行创新。科学、有效的内部工资分配制度对于提升员工的工作主动性和积极性具有重要的作用,本研究对于完善国有企业内部工资分配制度具有一定的参考价值。The current selection problems of internal salary distribution system in the state-owned enterprises are analyzedand the innovation of the state-owned enterprise internal salary distribution system is discussed. Scientific and effectiveinternal salary distribution system plays an important role to improve the initiative and enthusiasm of employees. Thispaper has a certain reference value to improve the internal income distribution system of the state-owned enterprise.
