高层次人才(博士)引进对中部地区普通高校发展的效果研究——以江西某高校为例

摘  要:用个案研究方法考察江西某高校十一年博士人才引进的做法,探讨博士人才引进对地方普通院校跨越式发展的作用和成效。研究认为博士人才引进对地方普通院校的发展可以收到显著的成效,主要体现在它可以加快高校科研平台的建设,带动国家级科研的立项和科研经费的快速增加,提升学校的整体科研水平,彰显学校的学术竞争力和学术地位;博士人才引进还有利于改善教师的队伍结构,丰富学校的教学资源和提高人才培养质量,以及浓厚校园文化氛围。博士人才引进对于一个高校的跨越式发展,如"申硕"、"水平评估"、"更名大学",可以起到举足轻重的作用。by using the case study method to investigate the practice of a university in Jiangxi province to import talents in eleven years, the paper discusses the function and results of importing doctors for the great-leap-forward development of local colleges and universities. It holds that doctors' import can achieve significant results in the development of local normal colleges and universities. It mainly reflected in its accelerating the construction of university scientific research platform, promoting national scientific research project approval and rapidly increasing research funding, enhancing the overall scientific research level of the school, and revealing the school's academic competitiveness and status. Doctor's import is conducive to improving the structure of the teacher's team, richening teaching resources, improving the quality of personnel training of the school, and thickening campus cultural atmosphere, etc.
