摘  要:制定科学合理的河岸带生态恢复工程的验收与评价标准是工程发挥其预计功效的重要保障.本文结合生态学原理和生态水利工程设计的要点,利用层次分析法构建了以生态指标、工程指标和水质理化指标等为基础的绩效评价指标体系;并利用综合模糊分析法得出指标权重分析集和评价标准集,对苏州市横扇社区河道生态治理工程进行定量评价,验证了方法的应用性.It is an important guarantee for expected functions of the engineering to formulate a scientific and rea-sonable acceptance and evaluation standard of the riparian ecological restoration engineering. The evaluation in-dex system of the riparian ecological restoration engineering was established by using Analytic Hierarchy Pro-cess (AHP), and combining the ecology principles and design points of eco-hydraulic engineering. This index system is composed of ecological index, engineering index and water quality of the physical and chemical indica-tors. The analysis set of index weight and standard set of evaluation were obtained by using the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. In order to validate the adaptability of this method, the quantitative evaluation of the ri-parian ecological restoration engineering of Hengshan community in Suzhou City was investigated. The results showed that the performance of the restoration engineering was accepted, indicating that this method was useful.
