摘　　要：实践创新能力是工科专业人才培养的关键。哈尔滨学院土木工程专业实施了以实践创新能力培养为主线,贯穿课堂教学、实践教学、第二课堂的"一线贯穿三环节"的人才培养模式,使专业培养、实践创新、能力提升有机融为一体,促进了学生课堂内外综合素质养成。Practice and innovation competence is the key objective for engineering majors. The civil engineering majors of,Harbin University are trained with a systemic program including in-class, after-class, and practicing model. This program unifies professional training, innovative practice, and competence improvement, and thus makes it possible to develop students＇ compre- hensive qualities and competence.
