益气聪明汤合用灯盏生脉胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气聪明汤合用灯盏生脉胶囊治疗气虚血淤型偏头痛临床疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组15例,对照组给予西比灵口服,治疗组用益气聪明汤合用灯盏生脉胶囊口服,两组疗程均为1个月,治疗前、后分别观测头痛发作次数、持续时间并做疗效评定。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,症状有显著改善。结论:益气聪明汤合用灯盏生脉胶囊能明显改善气虚血淤型偏头痛症状,是治疗的有效药物。To observe the Yi Qi Cong Ming soup and Deng Zhan Sheng Mai capsule treatment of qi defi- ciency and blood stasis type of migraine clinical curative effect. Methods： 40 patients were randomly divided into treat- ment group 25 cases and control group in 15 cases, control group given oral treatment of Sibelium, the treatment group based the Yi Qi Cong Ming soup and Deng Zhan Sheng Mai capsule oral treatment used two groups of treatment is 1 month, before and after treatment were observed headache frequency, duration and curative effect evaluation. Results： The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group, the symptoms have improved sig- nificantly. Conclusion： Yi Qi Cong Ming soup and Deng Zhan Sheng Mai capsule can obviously improve the symptoms of migraine qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome, is an effective drug for treatment.
