摘　　要：目的探讨卵圆形桥体改善前牙固定桥桥体龈端美学修复效果。方法选择10例上颌欲拔除的前牙作为研究对象,两侧基牙进行常规牙体预备,取模口外制作临时冠,拔除患牙,临时冠挤压就位,试戴2周,待挤压出卵圆形形态,2月后制作永久修复体。结果 10例患者均感到满意。1年随访,桥体龈缘形态良好,缺牙区黏膜未见异常。龈缘线整塑效果令人满意。以前拔牙窝形成假性龈乳头。桥体下方软组织愈合良好,没有发生炎症和溃疡。结论通过采用卵圆形桥体改善前牙区龈端美学修复效果简单可行。Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of the ovate pontic on the anterior teeth fixed bridge pontic. Methods We selected 10 cases of maxillary anterior teeth to be rooted out as the research objects,both sides of the abutment teeth for the routine tooth preparation,getting impression and making temporary crown out of mouth,extracting the teeth,extrusing temporary crown in place,trying in 2 weeks,squeezing out ovate shape,and making permanent prosthesis after two months. Results All the 10 patients were satisfied with the effect. There was one-year follow-up. Pontic gingival margin was in good shape,abnormality not found in edentulous mucosa.Gingival line shape effect was satisfactory. Previous socket formed pseudo gingival papilla. The soft tissue under bridge healed well,with no inflammation and ulcer. Conclusions Use of ovate pontic to improve the aesthetic effect of anterior gingival is simple and feasible.
