摘 要:通用职业能力是就业竞争力的核心,反映了一个人是否具备现代职业人的基本素质。高职院校应将培养学生的通用职业能力纳入人才培养计划,并渗透到专业教学、实践训练、第二课堂、素质拓展等领域,让学生在体验式的学习过程中养成职业核心能力。体验式创业训练是一种直接有效的校内职业活动,通过创设职业环境、构建职业任务对学生进行"准职业人"教育与训练,推动学生通用职业能力的提升。General professional ability is the core of employment competitiveness, reflecting whether a person possesses the basic quality of contemporary career man. Higher vocational colleges should bring the cultivation of students' general professional abil- ity into their talent cultivation plan, and infiltrate it into profes- sional teaching, practical training, the second class and quality extension, so as to develop students' core professional ability in experiential learning. Experiential entrepreneurship training is a direct and effective on-campus occupational activity, which is designed to improve students' general professional ability through creating professional environment, constructing professional tasks, and implementing the "quasi-career man" education and training of students.
