摘　　要：笔者基于其与教师同行共同开展的一项关于浙江省导游资格考试改革与创新的调查,从宏观和微观层面探讨了该项考试中存在的问题。就宏观层面而言,存在认定方式单一、命题主体单一、准入门槛较低、考试目的单一等问题;就微观层面而言,笔试中存在题型不全面、内容不科学等问题,面试中存在评价导向不合理、灵活性缺乏等问题。Based on one study about guide qualification reform and innovation in Zhejiang Province conducted by the writers and their colleagues, the writers try to discuss some problems of this examination system from the macroscopic and the microscopic perspectives. Such problems as single certification measure, uni- tary quiz setter, lower access threshold and single test purpose exist in the corresponding examination system from the macro- scopic angle. Such problems as unilateral testing items and un- scientific content exist in the written examination,and such prob- lems as unreasonable evaluation guide and lack of flexibility exist in the oral examination from the microscopic perspective.
