摘　　要：目的:了解实习护生心理亚健康、应对方式和压力源的现状,并探讨实习护生心理亚健康的危险预测因素。方法:采用康奈尔医学指数量表、护生实习压力量表、简易应对方式量表对赣州市某三甲医院108名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果:实习护生"心理亚健康"发生率为24.07%,实习护生消极应对方式和学习与工作冲突与实习护生心理亚健康均显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:实习护生心理健康不容乐观,护理管理者应采取有效措施提高其心理健康水平。Objective： To investigate the current situation of the student nurses＇ mental sub-health,coping style and stressors,and discuss predictors of the risk of mental sub-health of student nurses. Methods： The Cornell medical index scale,stress scale and simple coping style questionnaire were used to make an investigation on 108 student nurses in a certain hospital at the level of grade III class A in Ganzhou city. Results： The incidence of mental sub-health in the student nurses was 24. 07%. The negative coping style of the student nurses and conflicts between study and work were significantly correlated with their mental sub-health（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The mental health of student nurses is not optimistic,so administrators should take effective measures to improve their mental health.
