一清胶囊辅治在口腔颌面部多间隙感染切开引流术后的应用

摘　　要：目的观察一清胶囊辅治在口腔颌面部多间隙感染切开引流术后的应用效果。方法将120例确诊为口腔颌面部多间隙感染的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。2组均行切开引流术。对照组术后予抗生素治疗,治疗组给予一清胶囊联合抗生素治疗。比较2组患者疗效和治疗前后白细胞和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为98.31%高于对照组的94.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组血浆白细胞、CRP水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组血浆白细胞水平和CRP水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一清胶囊在口腔颌面部多间隙感染切开引流术后应用效果良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqing capsule in oral and maxillofacial more space infection after incision and drainage .Methods 120 cases patients with oral and maxillofacial more space infection after incision and drainage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,each of 60 cases.Control treated by antibiotic ,treatment group was treated by antibiotic and Yiqing capsule .After treatment,compared the clinical effect,the level of white blood cell and CRP before and after treatment of 2 groups.Results The total efficacy of treatment group （98.31%）was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The level of white blood cell and CRP before treatment of 2 group has no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The Conclusion Yiqing capsule in oral and maxillofacial more space in-fection after incision and drainage has an good effect ,worthy of clinical application .
