摘　　要：梁启超在清代学术研究中既有大胆探索所取得的创获,也有粗疏失误而留下的教训。梁启超于1897年前后于万木草堂和时务学堂分别制订了《万木草堂小学学记》和《湖南时务学堂学约》,二者充分体现出梁启超于陆王心学方面的思想特点,其把陆王心学思想融入到自己的思想体系中,来指导自己的社会变法维新实践。Liang Qichao is a master and outstan since the 20th century. In his researches of Qing ding founder of Chinese academic studies of Qing Dynasty Dynasty, there are both original findings through innovative exploration and weakness due to negligence. Around 1897, Liang Qichao formulated Wanmu Caotang Xueji （Curriculum for Forest-Cabin Primary School） and Hunan Shiwu Xuetang Xueyue （Outlines for Hunan School of Practical Industries） The Confucianism and his integration of the reform. two documents reflect Liang Qichao＇s understanding of new new Confucian ideas into his own system for guidance of social
