同型半胱氨酸对急性脑梗死诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:分析血浆内同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及特点,探讨其与急性脑梗死之间的关系.方法:将我院接受治疗的172名急性脑梗死患者作为病例组,64名健康体检者作为对照组,使用高效液相色谱仪,经HPLC-FD法检测其血浆中的Hcy水平.结果:病例组在空腹情况下测定的平均血浆Hcy水平为(18.2±4.9)Izmol/L,而对照组测出Hcy浓度为(8.0±2.3)μmol/L,差异显著(P<0.01).结论:血浆Hcy水平升高是脑梗死的危险因素.AIM ： To analyze the plasma homocysteine （ Hcy ） levels and characteristics aimed at exploring the relationship be- tween Hcy and acute cerebral infarction. METHODS： 172 pa- tients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were consid- ered as case group, and 64 healthy controls were regarded as con- trol group. We detected the the plasma Hcy levels by high per- formance liquid chromatograph （HPLC-FD）. RESULTS ： Detec- ting the average plasma Hcy levels of the two group under limosis, the result showed that cases group was （ 18.2 ±4.9） μmol/L, while the control group was （8.0 ± 2.3 ） Ixmol/L, and the differ- ence between two group is notable （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. CONCLU- SION： Plasma Hcy levels increasing is a risk factor for cerebral infarction.
