摘　　要：随着青年教师逐渐成为中医药院校本科教学的主体,青年教师培养问题日益突出。本文通过对中医药院校青年教师队伍建设现状进行分析,指出青年教师培养中存在的问题,并提出加强青年教师队伍建设的对策。Along with the fact that young teachers have gradually played the main role in the undergraduate teaching of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, the training of young teachers has become particularly prominent. Based on the analysis on the present situation of young teachers in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper finds out the problems in the training of young teachers, and gives some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of the young teacher team.
