摘　　要：《中华人民共和国精神卫生法》的实施对我国高校心理健康教育工作的开展产生了诸多影响,其中即包含了机遇,也存在着挑战。高校心理健康教育工作应当根据时代的期待和法律的要求积极作出调整,完善规章制度,转移工作重心以及重新思考学生在心理健康教育情境下的定位。The implementation of PRC Mental Health Law has lots of influence on college mental health education, including opportunity as well as challenge. According to the demand of the era and the present law, in college mental health education, active adjustment needs to be made accordingly, and rules and regulations need to be improved, and besides, priorities need to be shifted and the position of students in mental health education needs to be reconsidered.
