摘  要:通过采用原位聚合法以密胺树脂为囊材包覆于Mg(OH)_2表面,形成微胶囊化Mg(OH)_2阻燃剂,将阻燃剂以不同组分添加至硅橡胶中,并与纯硅橡胶试样进行对比测试。通过傅里叶红外测试、氧指数、拉伸、断面扫描对其进行测试,研究发现,傅里叶红外测试得到阻燃剂中含有密胺树脂,氧指数提高27%,随着阻燃剂的加入会使材料的拉伸强度下降,添加40份时断裂伸长率提高49%,对比硅橡胶中添加40份未经过改性的Mg(OH)_2样条,氧指数提高23%,拉伸强度提高16.3%,断裂伸长率提高21%,扫描电镜观察脆断断面可看出经过微胶囊化处理的阻燃剂具有更好的分散性和与基体的相容性。Malamine-formaldehyde as microcapsule was coated on the surface of Mg(OH)2 by in-situ polymerization and formed a new fire retardant called microencapsulation Mg(OH)z. The different component were added in silicone rub ber respectively. The ananlysis were carried out by fourier transform infrared spectrum, extension test, flammability test, and SEM. Compared with pure silicone rubber specimen,there was a 35 % deacrease in the tensile strength and a 49% in crease in the elongation at break when the 40 component fire retardant addition. Oxgen index showed that there was a 27% increase and 23 % compared with pure silicone rubber and specimen with 40 componet common Mg(OH)2 respectively. The good dispersibility and compatibility in bittle surface were observed by SEM.
