川芎嗪联合高压氧治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察和分析川芎嗪联合高压氧治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法 140例偏头痛患者分别采用静滴川芎嗪联合高压氧、单纯静滴川芎嗪、高压氧组治疗,比较各组的治疗效果。结果对比三组的总有效率,联合治疗组(93.5%)高于高压氧组(74.5%)(P<0.01)和川芎嗪组(87.2%)(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪联合高压氧是治疗偏头痛的理想方法。Objective To observe and analysis the therapeutic efficacy of ligustrazine combined with hyperbaric oxygen to migraine. Methods 140 patients with migraine were selected and treated with ligustrazine combined with hyperbaric oxygen（LCH）,ligustrazine alone（LA）,hyperbaric oxygen alone（HA）, respectively. The effective rates of the three groups were compared. Results The effective rate of LCH group（93.5%） was higher than LA group（87.2%）（P〈0.01） and HA group（74.5%）（P〈0.05） significantly. Conclusion The therapy of ligustrazine combined with hyperbaric oxygen is an effective treatment for migraine.
