不同方案治疗小切口白内障术后角膜水肿的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的：研究不同方案治疗小切口白内障术后角膜水肿的临床效果。方法：选择2012年9月至2013年11月我院眼科收治的174例小切口白内障术后角膜水肿患者，并随机分成常规组与联合组，每组各87例。常规组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼液、复方托吡卡胺眼液及妥布霉素地塞米松眼液治疗。联合组在此治疗基础上给予中药活血利水明目丸治疗，两组均以一周为一治疗疗程，连续治疗两个疗程。结果：比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治愈时间及治疗前、后视力变化情况。联合组临床治疗总有效率为95．4％、治愈时间为3—11天，平均4．5天，均优于常规组的65．5％，3—15天、因而具有统计学意义标准（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗小切口白内障术后角膜水肿效果确切，值得推广应用。Objective ： the clinical effect of corneal edema of different regimens for the treatment of small incision cataract surgery. Methods ： from 2012 September to 2013 were selected from Department of ophthalmology in our hospital in November 174 cases of small incision cataract surgery in patients with corneal edema,and divided into routine group and combination group according ta the random number method, 87 patients in each group. The conventional group treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops, compound tropicamide eye drops and tobramyein and dexamethasone eye drops in treatment. Joint group on the treatment based on the given Huoxue Lishui gramde in the treatment group, two in a week for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of two courses. Results ： Clinical combined treatment group total effectiveness 95.4%, cure time is 3 - 11 days, average 4.5 days, is superior to the conventional group 65.5%, 3 - 15 days, so it has statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05） standard. Conclusion： combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of corneal edema after small incision cataract surgery is accurate, it is worthy of popularization and application.
