摘 要:为研究在小麦替代部分玉米的日粮中添加重组葡聚糖酶和木聚糖酶对蛋鸡生产性能及鸡蛋品质的影响,本试验将240只产蛋高峰期海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组10个重复。分别为玉米日粮组(对照组)、试验1组(40%小麦替代组)、试验2组(60%小麦替代组)和试验3组(添加80%小麦替代组)。试验组添加来源于产琥珀酸丝状杆菌(Fibrobacter succinogenes)的重组β-葡聚糖酶和真菌Neocallimastix frontalis重组β-木聚糖酶各5000 U/kg。预饲期为7 d,试验期28 d,自由采食和饮水,光照时间为16 h/d。结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组小麦日粮添加重组葡聚糖酶和木聚糖酶后,采食量、体重、产蛋率、蛋重、污蛋率、蛋形指数、蛋壳质量、蛋白高度、哈夫单位、蛋黄质量、蛋白质量均无显著差异(P〉0.05),但随着替代比例的增加,蛋黄颜色由10.67分别下降至9.47、7.75和6.20(P〈0.05);破壳蛋率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。试验1组的蛋壳厚度比对照组的蛋壳薄0.02 mm(P〈0.05)。结果提示,用40%-80%的小麦替代部分玉米的小麦型日粮中添加重组葡聚糖酶和木聚糖酶对处于高峰期海兰褐壳蛋鸡的产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质无影响。The experiment study effects of addition recombinant glucanase and xylanase to wheat based diets on performance and egg quality of layer.Two hundred and forty Hyline Brown layers were in laying peak were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups of 10 replicates in each treatment.The four treatment groups were corn based diet group (control), experimental group 1 (40%wheat substitution),experimental group 2 (60%wheat substitution)and experimental group 3 (80%wheat substitution).All experimental groups added 5000 U/kg of recombinant β-glucanase originated from Fibrobacter succinogenes and recombinant β-xylanase originated from fungi Neocallimastix frontalis of each.Prelimiary trail period was 7 d and test period was 28 d.All layers were ad libitum and free accesses to water,and illumination time was 16 h/d. The results showed that compared with the control,wheat based diets supplemented with recombinant glucanase and xylanase,intake,body weight,laying rate,egg weight,dirty egg rate,egg shape index,eggshell quality,height of egg white, Haugh unit,weight of yolk and egg white had no significant difference (P〉0.05),but with substitution ratio increas,yolk color decreased from 10.67 to 9.47,7.75 and 6.20,respectively(P〈0.05).Broken eggs of experimental groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05).The eggshell thickness of group 1 0.02 mm was thinner than that of control group(P〈0.05).The results indicated that addition of recombinant glucanase and xylanase to diets substituted with 40%-80%wheat didn’t affect the production performance and egg quality of Hyline Brown layer during laying peak.
