摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死后轻度痴呆的神经心理学特征。方法利用Mo CA量表,对631例脑梗死后轻度痴呆患者进行神经心理学测评,对各认知域亚项进行分析。结果脑梗死后轻度痴呆各认知域损害发生率不一致,Mo CA量表中各认知域与总分的相关性分析表明,注意、延迟记忆、视空间与执行能力、抽象思维与量表总分密切相关,患者认知域损害以注意、延迟记忆、视空间与执行能力损害为主。结论脑梗死后轻度痴呆患者认知损害具有斑片样损害特点,其中延迟记忆及执行能力下降最为显著。Objective To explore the neuropsychological characteristics of mild dementia after cerebral infarction. Methods Neuropsychological characteristics of 631 cases of mild dementia after cerebral infarction were evaluated by Montreal cognitive assessment（ Mo CA）,and each subdomain of cognition was analyzed. Results The incidence of impairment of each cognitive domain of mild dementia after cerebral infarction was different. By the correlation analysis between each cognitive domain and total score,it was indicated attention,delay memory,visual space,executive capacity and abstract thinking were closely related to the total score. It was found that impairment of cognitive domain was mainly on attention,delay memory and visual space and executive capacity. Conclusion The cognitive impairment of mild dementia patients after cerebral infarction has a patchy damage characteristic,and the decline of delay memory,visual space and executive capacity is the most significant.
