顶岗实习支教学生班级管理问题初探

摘　　要：访谈和问卷调查表明,顶岗实习支教学生班级管理主要问题是:顶岗初期——不会管,顶岗中期——管不好,顶岗末期——不想管。其原因分别是:相关培训少且内容理论化,欠缺相关指导,缺少监督与总结。贯穿顶岗各时期的总策略是:完善顶岗实习支教学生自我管理体系、采用发展性评价模式。各时期分策略是:培训与交接、指导与管理、监督与自省。An investigation is performed with an interview and a questionnaire over the class management.In preliminary stage,the subjects do not know how to manage;in the middle stage they can not do it well and in the last stage they do not have the idea of class management.The reasons are that they lack training,guidance and supervision.Countermeasures include a self management and a developmental evaluation model,increased training,guidance,supervision and summary.
