摘　　要：本文总结了准金属元素硒的理化性质和在自然界中的各种存在形式,归纳了目前测定硒的不同方法,在此基础之上总结比较了不同测定方法的适用浓度范围及检出限,并对提高测定灵敏度提出方法联用等建议。为针对不同样品的最佳测定方法选择提供参考。In this paper we summarized the physical and chemical properties of selenium and its different existence form in nature. As the basis, linear relationship range and detection limit of different determination methods were compared in tables and the recommendations were given out for a higher detelanination sensitivity via methods combination so as to provide reference for choosing the best determination method for certain samples.
