摘 要:为改善车辆防抱制动系统(ABS)的匹配质量,对液压控制单元(HCU)的流量特性进行研究。首先根据所建的HCU阀口流量模型,分析了阀口在开关控制模式下的工作原理。接着结合ABS控制策略,设定了阀的理论流量分辨率特性,并通过试验测量了HCU增、减压阀的实际流量分辨率特性。最后根据ABS压力控制原则确定了HCU匹配时增、减压阀流量分辨率的要求,并对减压阀的流量特性进行了仿真与实车测试验证。结果表明,流量分辨率可较好地描述HCU特性,有助于ABS的匹配应用。For improving the matching quality of vehicle anti-lock braking system( ABS),the flow characteristics of hydraulic control unit( HCU) is studied. Firstly based on the HCU valve port flow model built,the working principle of valve port in switch control mode is analyzed. Then combined with ABS control strategy,the theoretical flow resolution characteristics of valve port are defined,and the real flow resolution characteristics of inlet and outlet valves of HCU are measured by test. Finally the requirements of flow resolution of inlet and outlet valves in HCU matching are determined according to ABS pressure control principle,and the flow characteristics of outlet valves are simulated and validated by real vehicle testing. The results show that the flow resolution can be used to better describe the characteristics of HCU,conducive to the matching and application of ABS system.
