摘 要:为某车型设计并试制了一种铝合金前保险杠横梁,其质量比原来的DP1200超高强钢制的原型减轻了35%。在25km/h车速的碰撞试验时,铝合金保险杠横梁的第一个加速度峰值比钢制横梁大2.6g,且最大峰值出现的时间提前了5ms,说明铝合金保险杠横梁能更好地保护驾乘人员的安全。仿真结果表明,在10km/h车速的正面碰撞时,铝合金前保险杠横梁的最大侵入量比钢制横梁小7mm,而吸能量比钢制横梁增加了70%。The aluminum alloy front bumper beam for a vehicle is designed and trial-produced with a mass35% lighter than original bumper beam of DP1200 ultra high strength steel. In a frontal crash test with a speed of25 km / h,the first acceleration peak for aluminum alloy bumper beam is 2. 6g higher and 5ms earlier,compared with that for steel one,meaning that aluminum alloy bumper beam can better protect the safety of driver and occupants.The results of simulation show that in a frontal crash with a sped of 10 km / h,the maximum intrusion for aluminum alloy bumper beam is 7mm smaller and the energy absorption is 70% more,compared with steel bumper beam.
