摘 要:目的 :设计一种以患者为主体的不良事件查询与报告系统,并将患者作为医疗机构医疗安全不良事件的监督参与方。方法:系统设计利用了神经网络强大的容错性,并行输入输出处理定量、定性知识,以患者对医疗机构不良事件的查询、报告作为监督,实现了对不良事件的上报、查询、监督等功能。结果:患者通过该系统可及时查询与自己相关的医疗方案是否存在不良事件,监管机构可把查询信息汇总并进行数据分析、信息反馈及分享。结论:该系统提高了医疗机构的不良事件上报率,同时也普及了不良事件知识,提高了患者的自我保护意识。Objective To design an adverse events inquiring and reporting system to involve the patient into the monitoring of medical safety adverse events. Methods Neural network was used for its high fault tolerance, and parallel input was realized for quantitative and qualitative knowledge, and then he functions of reporting, inquiring and monitoring were implemented for adverse events. Results With the system, the patient could determine if adverse events existed which related to medical scheme of his own, and the supervision organization could summarize the inquired information for analysis, feedback and sharing. Conclusion The system enhances the rate of reporting adverse events, popularize the knowledge on adverse events and promotes the self-protective awareness of the patient.
