摘　　要：目的:适应医院门诊信息系统整体建设的新要求,进一步优化门诊就医流程。方法:使用Java重新开发应用程序,对原"军卫一号"门诊医生工作站的数据结构进行修改、扩充。结果:在原系统基础上开发了一个新门诊医生工作站,实现了与其他信息系统的无缝集成。结论:新门诊医生工作站的实现提高了工作效率、保障了医疗质量、优化了就医流程、提升了医疗服务水平、落实了医院相关管理制度。Objective To optimize the outpatient service flow based on outpatient information system. Methods Java was used to re-develop the application program in order to modify and extend the original data structure of the outpatient doctor workstation of No.1 Military Medical Project. Results A new outpatient doctor workstation was developed to realize seamless integration with other information systems. Conclusion The new outpatient doctor workstation promotes work efficiency, medical quality and service flow.
