胸苷激酶TK1在胃癌组织中的表达意义

摘　　要：目的比较胃癌组织和正常胃组织中胸苷激酶(thymidine kinase,TK1)的表达,探讨TK1与胃癌分期、分级、淋巴转移、浸润深度的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法观察TK1在39例胃癌和12例正常胃组织中的表达差异。结果 39例胃癌组织中TK1表达呈强阳性,与12例正常胃组织比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TK1在不同病理分级、是否伴淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不同浸润深度和临床分期的胃癌组织中表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 TK1与胃癌的恶性潜力和淋巴转移密切相关,可作为胃癌的辅助诊断及预后判断的指标之一。Objective To understand the relation of TKI to gastric cancer by comparing the expression of thymidine kinase 1 （TK1） in gastric cancer tissues and that in normal tissues. Method The expression of TK1 in the tissues of 39 cases of gastric cancer and the expression of TK1 in the tissues of 12 cases of healthy patients was detected with immunohistochemistry technique. Findings The expression of TK1 in gastric cancer tissue was found strongly positive and significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of TK1 was found significantly distinct among different clinical grades and lymphatic metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The higher grades correlated with the stronger expression. But the expression level of TK1 in different staging and invasion depth of tumor was not statistically significant. Conclusion The TK1 is relevant to gastric cancer and lymphatic metastasis, which can be considered as an indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
