摘　　要：近年来,IDC业务增长迅速,对运营商带宽需求日益紧迫,但IDC自身网络建设因受到整体设计周期固定、传输资源紧张、自身设备老化等客观条件限制,会出现阶段性网络接入能力与市场需求的不对等。本文主要讲中国联通济南分公司IDC在短期内无法增容出口的情况下,如何整合优化资源、充分挖掘潜力,不但保证了现有网络的可靠稳定,并提供了一定周期内的业务扩展能力。In recent years, the IDC business is growing rapidly, the operator IDC bandwidth requirements increasingly urgent, but IDC network construction due to restrictions group design cycle fixed, transmission resource, its aging equipment and other objective conditions, there will be network access ability and meet market demand differences. This paper is mainly about China Unicorn Ji＇nan branch IDC how in the short term can not increase the export capacity of the circumstances, how to integrate and optimize resources, fully tap potential, not only to ensure the reliable and stable current stage of the network, and provide a certain period of business expansion ability.
