摘  要:目的:探讨植物应对诱导子的机制。方法:选择SCI检索频数较高的酵母提取物、短波紫外线、低温和重金属4种不同诱导子为研究对象,综合分析和归纳四者对植物次生代谢的影响。结果:酵母提取物、短波紫外线、低温和重金属均可通过诱发或抑制植物体内特定代谢,产生相应次生代谢化合物,以应对外界胁迫。结论:植物的次生代谢是植物应对环境中各种诱导子的一种自我保护机制,次生代谢物的合成和积累对于提高植物的抗性具有重要作用,诱导技术在提高具备生物活性和药理价值的植物次生代谢物产率方面有显著作用。Objective: To investigate responding mechanism of plants to elicitors. Method: Select yeast extract, ultraviolet-C (UV-C), low-temperature and heavy metals as research object, which had high retrieval frequency in science citation index (SCI). Effects of these four elicitors on plant secondary metabolism were comprehensive analyzed for summary. Result: Yeast extract, UV-C, low-temperature and heavy metals can induce or inhibit specific metabolism in plants, and produce corresponding secondary metabolic compounds in response to external stress. Conclusion: Secondary metabolism in plants is a self-protective mechanism to deal with various elicitors from environment, synthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites plays an important role in improving resistance of plants. Elicitors can improve productivity of secondary metabolites which are tend to have certain biological activities and pharmacological value in plants.
