摘 要:根据计算流体动力学理论,采用ANSYS软件对某带AFS的汽车前大灯进行热分析研究,得到灯体内的空气流动场和温度场分布图。针对初始方案中存在的温度分布不均等缺陷,采用增设排气口、控制结合处间隙、加设排气帽等措施进行结构优化设计,优化后的灯体温度分布均匀、低温区明显减少,从而减少灯体结雾的可能。在热分析的基础上,采用Trace Pro软件对AFS前大灯进行了光学模拟,得到远光灯、转向灯和LED位置灯的光强分布图,经过分析,可满足汽车前大灯配光的要求。Based on computational fluid dynamics, the automobile′s headlamp with AFS was studied from the perspective of thermal analysis using ANSYS software in this paper, the distribution maps of air flow field and temperature field in lamp body were obtained. Aiming at the defects of non-uniform temperature distribution in the initial scheme, the methods were used to optimize the structure by adding air outlet, controlling junction gap and adding air vent cap, then the headlamp interior temperature field was well-distributed, the low temperature zone significantly reduced, so the possibility of the lamp body fogging became very low. On the basis of thermal analysis, optical modeling analysis was carried out to the headlamp with AFS by using Trace Pro software, the light intensity distribution maps of the high beam, turn signals and LED position lights were obtained, the results showed that the structure met the requirement of the automobile′s headlamp light distribution.
