摘 要:以漆蜡为原料,制备高固含量的漆蜡乳液,并进一步采用聚丙烯酸改性对高固含量的漆蜡乳液进行改性。以乳液固含量、离心稳定性和黏度为考察指标,研究引发剂用量、温度、时间和乳化剂用量对乳液性能的影响。采用四因素四水平的正交实验设计优化聚丙烯酸改性改性漆蜡乳液的工艺条件。结果表明,在引发剂用量0.3%、温度90℃、乳化时间300min、乳化剂用量10%的条件下,聚丙烯酸改性高固含量漆蜡乳液的固含量为60%,黏度为38500m Pa·s,离心稳定性为1级。Lacquer wax was used as the material to prepare high content solid lacquer wax emulsions modified by polyacrylic acid. In the present study,effect on emulsion properties,i.e.,solid content, centrifugal stability,and viscosity,was studied with different factors,including amounts of initiators, temperature,time,and emulsifier content. On this basis,the preparation process for the high content solid lacquer wax emulsions modified by polyacrylic acid was optimized by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal condition was determined as initiator concentration (sodium persulfate) of 0.3%,the reaction temperature of 90℃,the emulsifying time of300min,and emulsifier content of 10%. The level of emulsion stability was one,the viscosity was 38500mPa·s and the solid content was 60% under the best condition.
