摘　　要：以昆明盐矿80万吨真空制盐作为研究对象,分析了末效频繁落块盐与盐腿淘洗卤、假刷硝系统EV-302蒸发罐、管壁结垢的关系,确定了造成末效落块盐的主要原因,从而提出了如何降低落块盐频率的措施。This paper analyzes the causes of frequent dropping of salt block from the last evaporator and the relationships among washing brine of salt leg, false brush denitrification system EV-302 evaporation tank and scaling of tube wall by taking 800,000 t/y vacuum salt making system in Kunming salt mine as the study object. Then this paper proposes the solutions to reduce the frequency of salt block dropping.
