甲下外生骨疣的X线诊断体会

摘　　要：目的提高放射诊断人员对甲下外生骨疣的诊断水平。方法 11例甲下外生骨疣患者均行数字X线(DR)摄片检查,分析甲下外生骨疣的X线表现。结果甲下骨疣是发生于手指、足趾末节骨的单发良性骨肿瘤,具有骨软骨瘤的一般特征,肿瘤起自趾(指)末端的骨性突起,多位于背侧,骨突呈丘状或蘑菇状,以宽基底或窄蒂附于母骨,瘤体外围为薄层皮质骨,内为松质骨。如有感染,可有骨破坏、死骨和软组织肿胀等骨髓炎表现。结论趾指骨是甲下骨疣的好发部位,具有骨软骨瘤的一般表现。Objective to improve the diagnosis level of personnel radiological diagnosis of subungual exostosis.Methods 11 patients with subungual exostosis patients underwent DR examination,X-ray analysis of exogenous subungual exostosis performance.Results Subungual exostosis is occurred in the finger,toe paratelum of solitary bone benign bone tumor. General characteristics of osteochondroma,tumor since toe（finger）bony prominences terminal,located in the dorsal,apophysis is dome shaped or mushroom shaped,with wide base or narrow pedicle attached to the parent bone,peripheral tumor body is a thin layer of cortical bone,cancellous bone inside,such as infection,can there is the destruction of bone,dead bone and soft tissue swelling performance such as osteomyelitis.Conclusion Phalanges are subungual osteochondroma predilection site,the general performance of osteochondroma.
