摘  要:目的应用微波消解一原子荧光光谱法测定动物组织样品中砷汞含量。方法样品经硝酸微波消解后,使用适当温度控温赶酸后定容,用原子荧光光谱法测定其中砷和汞的含量。结果在优化实验条件下,测定结果砷标准溶液在0.033-10.00μg/L内线性良好,汞标准溶液在0.O068~1.00μg/L内线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9997,该方法检出限分别为0.033μg/L、0.O068μg/L,加标回收率范围分别在92.0%。101.3%、91.5%。100.8%,相对标准偏差分别为2.21%、2.86%。结论本测定方法准确度和精密度良好,检出限低,灵敏度高,能达到简便、快速、准确测定动物组织样品中微量砷汞的要求。Objective Establish a method of use atomic fluorescence spectrometry to detect simultaneously arsenic and mercury in animal tissue. MothOcls Samples were digested by microwave, determination of arsenic and mercury content in which by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after drive acid use the appropriate temperature. Results Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear results of arsenic standard solution in 0.033 - 10.00μg/L is good, the linear results of mercury standard solution in 0.0 068 - 1.00μg/L is good.The correlation coefficient was 0.9 998 and 0.9 997,the detection limit was 0.033 μg/L,0.0 068μL respectively, and the recovery rate is in the range of arsenic 92.0 % - 101.3 %, mercury 91.5 % - 100.8 %, the relative standard deviation is 2.21% and 2.86 %. Concltasiorl This method has good accuracy and precision, low detection limit, sensitivity tfigh, method is convenient, fast and accurate for the determination of Trace Arsenic and mercury in animal tissue samples.
