摘　　要：随着时代的发展，目前与保育员入职资格、工作管理、职业等级等有关的法规和规章，例如《幼儿园管理条例》《幼儿园工作规程》和《保育员国家职业标准》等有很多条款已滞后于实践需要，导致保育员队伍建设明显落后于幼儿教师队伍建设。为此，亟需对相关法规和规章加以修改和完善，以促使保育员队伍建设得到更多的政策支持。Many provisions in Kdndergarten Management Regulations, Nursery Work Procedures and The National Occupation Standard for Nursery referring to issues such as employee entry, working management and job level have lagged behind the social development. As a result, the nurse team construction fails far behind kindergarten teacher team construction. Therefore, it is urgent to change and perfect related rules and regulations, providing more policy support for nurse team construction.
