小牛血清去蛋白眼用凝胶在SBK术后改善患者干眼症状的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究小牛血清去蛋白眼用凝胶在前弹力层下准分子激光角膜磨镶术(Sub-Bowman-Keratomileusis,SBK)术后改善患者干眼症状的临床效果。方法:选取我院眼科中心2014年1-3月进行SBK手术的患者60例,随机分成两组,每组30例(60只眼)。分别在患者术前、术后1周、4周、3个月时对其进行角膜荧光素染色、泪膜破裂时间测定和泪液分泌量测定。比较两组患者在以上测试数据项目的差异。结果:SBK术后1周时使用小牛血清去蛋白眼用凝胶的患者与未使用的患者在角膜荧光染色数据差值比较有统计学意义(t=3.841,P<0.05),泪膜破裂时间数据差值比较有统计学意义(t=8.764,P<0.05),泪液分泌量的数据差值比较无统计学意义(t=1.350,P>0.05)。术后4周和3个月时,以上三项检查项目的手术前后数据差值仍有差异,部分差值对比有统计学意义。结论:在SBK术后使用小牛血清去蛋白眼用凝胶可以一定程度改善患者的干眼症状和体征。Objective：To study the deproteinised calf serum eye gel in bowman＇s layer under excimer laser in situ keratomileusis（Sub-Bowman-Keratomileusis,SBK）to improve clinical outcome in patients with dry eye symptoms after operation.Methods：Collected in our hospital in January 2014 to March 2014 central department of ophthalmology of SBK operation for 60 patients,randomly divided into two groups,each group of 30cases（60eyes）.Respectively in the patients before surgery,1week,4weeks,3months on the corneal fluorescein staining,tear breakup time of tear secretion assay and determination.The comparison of the differences of postoperative two groups from these test data on the project.Results：1week after SBK using deproteinized calf serum eye gel in patients with unused in patients with corneal fluorescence staining data difference between statistical significance（t=3.841,P〈0.05）,tear breakup time data differences were statistically significant（t=8.764,P〈0.05）,the data difference of tear secretion and there is no statistical significance（t=1.350,P〉0.05）.4weeks and 3months after the operation,the three check project operation data mean there are still differences,have statistical significance difference comparison part.Conclusion：The use of deproteinised calf serum eye gel can be improved to some extent in patients with symptoms and signs of dry eye after SBK.
